I'm purchasing a table, but I don't know yet who my guests will be or their meal choices. Can I still register now?
Yes! After completing your table purchase, you will receive a link that is unique to YOUR TABLE. You will use this link to register yourself, and to invite guests.
The link will take you and your guests to an RSVP page where you can input information: name, email, meal choices, etc. You and your guests also have the option to pre-register your credit card information to use during the Raise the Paddle section of the evening.
This link will be live until your table is full. Once all your seats are filled, anyone who uses this link will get a message that the table is full and they should contact their table captain.
Why should I pre-register my credit card now?
You will be assigned a bid number for the Raise the Paddle portion of the evening. If you pre-register your card, it will be automatically linked to your bid number. When the bidding starts, all you need to do is raise your paddle!
You will have the option to register a card at check-in, but it will make your check-in process longer.
I'm purchasing a table on behalf of someone else, but I should be the main point of contact. How should I proceed?
Please register! We will set you up with the table and the unique link to share with your table captain and guests so that they can include all of their information.
I would like to pay by check or wire transfer, or my company requires an invoice. Can I still register now?
This website can only accept credit card purchases. Please contact Babs Pinette, at babsp@uw.edu, to register with an offline payment. We will set you up with your table and your unique link to share with your guests.
I'm a guest at a table. How do I register?
If you have been invited by a table captain, please register with the unique link that they sent you. This will ensure that you are placed at the correct table. You can also pre-register your credit card information for the Raise the Paddle section of the event.
I would like to buy a table, but do not plan to attend. What should I do?
Thank you for your support and know that you will be missed! Please purchase your table and just let Babs Pinette know, at babsp@uw.edu. We will fill the table for you.
I would like to purchase a single ticket. What should I do?
Single ticket sales, at general and alumni prices, will be available in late April.
What is the COVID-19 policy?
Face coverings and vaccinations are encouraged.
Event attendees are expected to self-monitor for COVID-19 symptoms and MUST stay home if symptomatic or if instructed to isolate or quarantine by a public health professional.
If you've tested positive for COVID-19, were exposed to an individual who tested positive, or have one or more symptoms but no known exposure, please refer to the UW COVID-19 Public Health Flowchart for information about how to handle each of these scenarios.
